Payment must be completed at checkout before your order is processed.

We may use secure third-party payment providers to process payments. EcoWick does not store your full payment card details.

EcoWick ships orders within New Zealand.

Order processing and delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occur due to courier delays, public holidays, weather, incorrect address details, high order volumes, or events outside our control.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. EcoWick is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Shipping Policy.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. Used candles, opened diffusers, used wax melts, wax sachets, custom products, personalised items, and opened gift boxes may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or required by law.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

A clear description of the issue
Photos of the item
Photos of the packaging if the parcel arrived damaged

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on the situation and your rights under New Zealand consumer law.

When using candles, wax melts, diffusers, or fragrance products, please follow all product labels, warnings, and care instructions.

Never leave a burning candle unattended
Keep candles away from children and pets
Keep candles away from curtains, bedding, paper, plants, and flammable items
Place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface
Do not burn candles near draughts or open windows
Trim the wick before use if required
Do not move a burning candle or hot wax
Use wax melts only with suitable burners or warmers
Keep diffusers away from children, pets, polished surfaces, fabric, and open flames

EcoWick is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by misuse, unsafe use, failure to follow instructions, or use of products for purposes they were not designed for.


11. Allergies and Sensitivities

EcoWick products may contain fragrance oils, wax, botanical elements, decorative materials, or other ingredients that may not be suitable for everyone.

If you have allergies, sensitivities, asthma, or concerns about fragrance products, please review product details carefully before purchasing or contact us before placing an order.
