At Ecowick, every candle is hand-poured with love and care. We want you to be delighted with your order, and this policy explains how shipping and refunds work so you know exactly what to expect.

Ā Most orders are packed and shipped within 5 business days. Custom-made candles may take a little longer — we’ll let you know the timeline when you order.


Delivery Times
Ā Shipping times vary depending on your location and the method chosen at checkout. Once your order leaves our hands, the carrier is responsible for getting it to you safely.

Shipping Rates
Ā Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Occasionally, we run free-shipping promotions (yay!).

Order Tracking
Ā Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Wrong Address
Ā Please double-check your shipping details before confirming. We can’t take responsibility if an incorrect address was provided.

Refund & Return Policy 🌱

Because our candles are handmade and poured in small batches, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, your happiness matters deeply to us, so here’s how we handle issues:

Damaged Items
Ā If your candle or product arrives damaged, please contact us within [X days] of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit — whichever feels right for you.


Faulty Products
Ā In the rare case of a faulty wick, fragrance, or container, we’ll happily replace or refund your item.


Custom Orders
Ā Custom candles made especially for you are non-refundable once production has started (unless they arrive damaged).

Refund Process
Ā Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within [X business days].

At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like something different, you can place a new order once your refund or store credit is processed.
