By using our website and placing an order, you’re agreeing to these terms (with lots of love and light, of course).

Our Products 🕯️

Each Ecowick candle is hand-poured with care. Because of this, no two pieces are exactly alike — small variations in color, fragrance, or finish are part of the charm of handmade goods.

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately, but slight differences may occur (and that’s what makes them special).

Ordering & Payment 💳

Orders can be placed through our website, and payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.

We never store your credit card details.

Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the details.

Shipping & Delivery 🚚

We ship with love and care, making sure your candles are packed safely.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping address — we can’t take responsibility for packages sent to the wrong place if the address was entered incorrectly.

Returns & Refunds 🌱

Because our candles are handmade, we usually don’t accept returns for simple changes of heart.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please reach out within [X days] and we’ll gladly sort it out (replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation).

We pour love into every candle, but Ecowick isn’t responsible for any indirect damages (like allergic reactions or misuse of candles).

Please always burn candles safely — keep away from children, pets, drafts, and never leave them unattended.
